So I have just eaten my last meal for the day on my new diet. Had a meeting with my trainer this weekend and he gave me starter menu that I´m pretty happy with. I don´t have anything in my diet that I don´t really like, and this diet is hopefully going to give my brain and my body what it needs to function and have the energy to workout. My gym routine only contains cardio HIIT training for now, and I also do a walk with the dog in the morning before breakfast. We will be starting a weightlifting program once I´m used to my diet and I get the go ahead with my knee.
I am with great confident that with my coaches help I can do this, and he tells me that he believes in me which gives me an extra boost to think I CAN do this. Im looking forward to sharing this journey with you guys, and hope you do too. I will be starting a vlog where I week for week talk to you guys about how things are going, both good and bad. I will still be writing to you, but this will be a personal video diary, which I hope you will enjoy. Bonus is you get to see my beautiful face 🙂
